I made a poll a while back asking if people wanted tutorials. The biggest score was actualyl Sonic characters, but I figured this one would be more useful first! There's gonna be three parts to this
This applies to digital and traditional drawing, just substitute my colours for pencils or whatever tools you use
This is just how I draw it, other people may work differently, but I hope it helps out!

remember this guide is mostly for the basic structure, always use references for wings if they're from a real bird as they're all different shapes

this is similar to how I draw them...although I don't really use the blocky-pre-shape-things (the green lines) Maybe I should start using them though (I do use similar techniques for hands...I just never really thought to use it for wings as well.) I can usually draw fully-extended wings pretty well...it's when they get into other positions/foreshortening that I start to have trouble. (but then, i have trouble with foreshortening in general)

Mhmm, extended wings are easy for me, foreshortening is my nightmare, I should probably have tried to do that in this but I don't wanna write a guide for something I cant do well enough myself XD; The blocks help me position things like Feniiku's ears when she's got them in a different position to normal lol
