Description
So, Kimmie was a bit too eager as a pizza delivery guy.Shego is rather like Princess in many respects, and here we can see how it goes for her, trying to earn a buck by driving a cab.
Well, she certainly can drive fast, but being a cabdriver is also about service and customer satisfaction.
This poor guy got to the airport, but he's a bit disappointed in the comfort of the ride...
Xena is used to Shego's style of driving and doesn't mind, though.
Shego is created by Schooley and McCorkle, designed by Stephen Silver, and (c) Disney.

I guess that SheGo should set up an express service with Belle and Daniel?

Very creative and really well done! Your yellow cab is amazing! The painting, the reflections on the roof...really a good work!

Shego would actually be a perfect cabbie. She's street-smart, extremely aware of her surroundings, and extremely antisocial! She would fit right in! All she needs to do is get a hands-free phone set and rant about the New York Mets to her friends!
BTW, you didn't give me a chance to guess this one, but I suppose it would have been a bit easy.

Yeah, I thionk it could suite her. Sorry about the not guessing part, but this was not a part of the "KP car" series, and it would have sort of spoiled the surprise if I had asked what kind of taxi Shego would drive...

Wow! A Checker! Next to Studebaker that's my favorite American car.
They were built from 1922 until 1982 by Checker Motors in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Originally they were sold only to taxi companies, but in the early '60s they were available to "civilians" who wanted rugged, roomy cars. Engines were furnished by Continental, Chevrolet and Chrysler and the cars were built as sedans, station wagons, stretch limousines and ambulances. They were sometimes used in movies as "ZILs" and "Chaikas" where a Russian-looking vehicle was desired.
Due to their bolted-on sheet metal they were terrible rust-buckets and finding one in sound condition is hard these days. After 1982 the company made body panels for GM until last year when they went out of business for good.

Well, apart from the traditional London cab, there's no car that is so typically a cab as the Checker!

Oddly enough, in later years it wasn't all that popular with NY cabbies. They preferred Ford Crown Victorias, but now they're not going to be built any more, so it's small SUVs and Toyotas that are taking over the NY streets.

Unfortunately, I have never ridden in a Checker. The Ford Victoria cabs I've taken have mostly been rather worn and banged up, though, so they didn't impress me much...

The Checker cabs I've been in were very rattly and bouncy, but they had terrific leg room in the rear (folding seats were an option). I tried to get my aunt to buy an '68 model but she wasn't too impressed.

Sounds a bit like the classic London cab - lots of legroom if you don't fold down the extra seats...
