(hey, if this is still open I'd love to try! And would he be able to be at least 115 feet tall?)
Kirsty's breath hitched in her throat, but curiosity ruled out her sense to run and hide from this giant. He was huge! Stepping a little closer, she kept scanning his features. She reached out to touch his hair, then she hesitated, pulling it back a bit, before reached out and letting her delicate fingers run through it.

Sure it can be. I do prefer somewhat long posts though I tend to get bored when things are only a few words or a single sentence.

I walk over to the giant man's face, studying it's proportion. I lean in and tap his forehead.

(hmm well I never did reply to you like ever. But here you go if you were still interested.)
Erein was sound asleep at the time but feeling a tapping he slowly came to until his big eyes sprung open and he found himself staring at someone, Someone far too small to be real. "Hmm I must still be dreaming, Tiny folk are fictional." He commented somewhat quietly and closed his eyes again and rolled over the sound of sleep once again filling the area. It was not really snoring just that slow even breathing, Which just happened to be loud do to the fact it was coming from an eighty foot tall man. What the small person would see is someone impossibly huge and dressed like some wizard or mage from a fantasy setting... However his world and himself would turn out more modern than he appears...

Erein realized he was not going to get rid of this still considered a figment and opened his eyes and sat up looking down at her. "I am normal sized, Trust me I know I went to the doctor yesterday for my annual checkup and I am average height. And have a great build." He replied and smiled at the tiny person. "Okay so assuming this is not a dream and I really did have a slight accident while traversing worlds... I have found something unique a world with tiny intelligent life." He paused for a moment to rub his head and then wondered what to do next. "Name is Erein, I come from a place called Targallis. I am assuming that is not where I am or even the same solar system."

"Well, here, you're huge. Like eighty feet tall." I took a few steps back to see him better. "Your assumptions would be correct. This is Earth. And never heard of a planet named Targallis. My name's Tabby." I smiled up at him.

"No worries I have never heard of Earth, Well now I have but yea interesting place... So I guess I should not wander into town and say hi?" He replied with a bit of a chuckle wondering if these tiny folk would freak out at him, he was easy on the eyes and rather nice so he could not see why there would be problems. Its not like Erein would go around and push over buildings and eat the residents. Of course he would likely get shot at anyway. "Nice name Ma'am."

"I still need to figure out how to get back then... But I worry if I am found they might be violent to me". He knew well that smaller species sometimes feared the giant magi. Especially since most arrivals on worlds were accidental so far. Here at least he landed in a forest, Could have been the city park... "Food could be a problem of course."

"I could help if you'd like. May not be much help considering the limited resources I have but I'm still going to offer." I had a small smile as I spoke that faded when I thought about the food problem. "Yeah. I'm not exactly sure how that would work…" I scratched my head in thought. A few thoughts came to mind but none quite doable or probably agreeable.

"Weird..." Ronan said softly. "I didn't know there were giants in this area, did you?"
"I didn't know giants existed at all," his red-haired companion replied.
"'Course they do. You gotta get out more, Liekki." Ronan approached the slumbering giant with a huge grin on his face. "What say we wake him up?"
"Are you crazy? He could be dangerous!"
"More dangerous than Mikkel? C'mon, he's just a giant. What are you scared of?" And with that, the black haired teen tapped on the giant's face. "Hey, wake up," he said.

(kk 80ft it is)
Erein sat up and started rub his face where the man had poked up, At first thinking it was a bug of some kind. Not that he expected bugs that big considering he last knew he was on a world where he was in a forest and many trees came up to his chest which itself was quite unusual. As his vision cleared he saw the two humanoids, So tiny.. "Ahh.." he let out a bit of a yelp with that and grabbed his staff and stood up rising to his full height and pointed at the pair, the large diamond glowing.. A mere thought away from unleashing an arcane bolt that would leave nothing but a crater where the tiny creatures stood. "What the hell are you? You are here to slay me I know it... The stories as a kid that the hunters still existed.. And they pulled our kind to distant worlds to kill them as trophies." He kept his staff trained on the pair while noting the sky was wrong, only one moon... And no anti-gravity craft soaring about the sky. Where was he, And what were these creatures... The more he stood there he realized they could have scored the kill in his sleep. So he raised the staff up, the diamond at least as big as a human stopped glowing and he sat back down resting the staff across his legs and pulled out a device that looked very much like a digital camera and some kind of recording device as well. "okay now don't move..." he said and took a few pictures before pushing a button the device and getting a beep.. "Day two, unknown planet... I arrived via portal accident.. I should have arrived on Targallis Three terraform Station, Instead there was an unknown surge of energy and I arrived on a world out of scale. At this very moment I am staring at two normal form creatures which I presume are intelligent due to wearing clothing, However they are small... Smaller than some things I've eaten... I have activated the slipspace beacon in hopes when our first explorer vessel launches they detect it. I will continue logs until device is full." he pushed the stop button and looked down at the pair of creatures. "Okay so you two are real right? And you are not here to claim my head or something?"

"Told you he'd be upset," Liekki said, frowning at Ronan. "Pretty tall, too..."
"Hey! We're not here to slay you, mister giant," Ronan protested. "Why would we want to do that? You make us out to be no better than guys like Mikkel."
"Ronan. He's pointing something at us, and it's glowing," Liekki said, pointing up at the giant's staff. "From what I know of wizards' magic sticks and stones, something that big could pack quite the punch."
Both boys were greatly relieved when the giant's staff stopped glowing and he sat down, though Ronan was fairly indignant about the camcorder being pointed at them. "Hey! Who said you could photograph us?" he demanded. "And of course we're intelligent!" He completely ignored the size reference, but Liekki gulped nervously, hoping the giant wouldn't get any bad ideas...
"Yes, we're real," Liekki told him. "And no, we're not here to claim your head. Like Ronan said before, that would make us no better than the bad guys like Mikkel."

"I have no clue what or who Mikkel is, Sorry. I am Erein, Portal engineer and mage of the planet Targallis. I kind of arrived here by accident and without a gateway cannot get back home." With the giant now sitting and certainly looking more calm it was clear he did not tend much to his hair as it was a big poofy mess, His skin was somewhat tanned and big blue eyes looked down at the pair. He he not been wearing a robe at the time, One that was soaked from the rain the pair would see a man with a fairly strong build as under the robe he was simply wearing what in human terms would be jeans and a tshirt. "So where am I anyway? And is there a space elevator nearby? My people have built our very first space craft and maybe they can find me." Erein had to hope this world was as advanced as his own. "I only doubted you were real because where I am from tiny people are something of stories."

"Mikkel's the evil sorcerer who's trying to enslave the entire human race," Ronan explained.
"I thought he was a wizard?" Liekki asked.
"No, he's stolen many wizards' wands, but he himself is no wizard," Ronan said.
"Oh. So, you're a mage?" Liekki asked looking up at Erein with new interest. "So am I. What element?"
"If you're a mage, how come you have a wizard's staff?" Ronan demanded.
"Ignore him. He's a little hot headed," Liekki said. "As for where you are... well, you mentioned that you're from another planet, right? This planet is called Earth. I know, not terribly imaginative, nor especially accurate, as over half the planet is covered with water... And I don't think I've ever heard of a space elevator before. Sorry. We do have some space crafts, though. But they're probably not large enough to fit you inside. An' don't worry. I thought giants only existed in stories too."
"They don't," Ronan said. "Not even ones here on earth. Giant aliens, though, particularly ones with magic, I'd never known to exist."

"Hmm I guess on this world wizards use staffs then. Anyway I am a mix of the arcane and fire. However I focus on the creation of medium distance portals. So usually never outside our own solar system. Which means I am way off course, I mean I felt something messing with my portal while in transit but I still do not know what it was other than it did not come from my world or my destination." He pondered for a moment on the whole evil taking over the human race thing, Erein almost wanted to laugh because it sounded like a low budget basic cable movie. "Hmm so this whole enslaving the human race thing? Why does nobody just end him? I mean even on my world a mage is strong and yes can turn someone to ash or in my case with an arcane bolt it gets a bit messier. But still even our ones in the planetary defense force still carry a railgun because well magic does not solve everything."

"Well, some wizards use staffs," Ronan said. "However, most, like myself, prefer to use a wand, and some very powerful wizards can even channel their power through something like a ring."
"Arcane and Fire, huh?" Liekki repeated. "Well, I'm a Fire mage. But it seems like magic is classified differently or something where you're from. Portal creation seems more like something a wizard or a sorcerer would do... A mage couldn't. Not one from here, anyway."
"Don't you think we've tried to take Mikkel down?" Ronan demanded. "So far we've at least been able to keep him from taking over, but he's not going to be easy to defeat."

"Maybe it is, Or maybe whatever magic I am using to translate language is just doing its best to find relational terms." He replied and smiled at the pair. "Hmm, How well defended is this guy? Is Artillery, air strikes, drones, orbital bombardment out of the question?" Naturally his last one was a bit far fetched but he knew back home if someone got as power as this guy sounds they would just hit his hideout from space with kinetic rods. Not the most pretty results but they did tend to work. "I guess I should explain my world a bit, We are on the verge of long range space travel but also maintain our magic heritage. Those who can use it are not exactly common but it is also not something we hide. I mean we have rules and such, If some guy mugs me in the bad part of town generally its suggested to notify the law rather than just blast them to a red mist with magic." The giant shrugged a bit and pondered just what he had wondered into. "I find it strange, you two do not seem put off by my size... Yet I figured tiny people who are not hunters would be terrified of me. I am guessing you coexist with bigger folk then?"

"Well, unfortunately, the only ones who believe he's a threat are the magical society, and we don't have access to heavy artillery," Ronan said. "Though I don't think they'd be too effective anyway."
"Well, I think that merits an explanation of our world too," Liekki said. "About half of the population can use magic, and the other half knows nothing about it and would freak out if they found out that magic was real."
"Like you did," Ronan put in with a grin.
"Yes, much like I did," Liekki agreed. "I discovered that I was a Fire mage about a year ago, and I was convinced that I was a freak until some important wizard guy -I don't even remember who- came by and explained everything."
"Well, there are giants here, true," Ronan said in reply to Erein's question. "But we don't interact much. However, I've shrunk to comparatively much smaller than this, so that might be why I'm not scared." He shrugged. "Besides, you haven't tried to kill us or anything."
"Who says I wasn't put off by your size?" Liekki asked. "I was quite frightened."

"Hmm So this evil mage can even defend himself from a military strike, at least basic artillery. Its too bad my world has no link to this we have a unit trained to handle criminals with a magical background.. when they start killing the law enforcement this unit comes in and if no civilian casualties will be caused are authorized to use satellite weapons platforms to end it." Erein shrugged thinking space based weaponry was common and everyday for any world since well his world had it and they were not terribly advanced in his mind... Of course he watched a lot of science fiction. "But anyway, What is there to know of this world? And can I follow you to the nearest city to see what Earth cities are like? I am quite curious to see this place since I am likely to be stuck here. Of course I also need to go over a few bits of magic residue on a crystal I carry. Its a Teleport Recorder, Functions similar to these bright colored boxes we keep in our flying machines in that it records the trip and if something goes wrong it helps to clue into why it went wrong." He reached into his bag and pulled out a large diamond at least as big as his fist that pulsed orange once and awhile, And set it on the ground in front of the pair of casters. He wondered if maybe they could see anything in it. "Go ahead and touch it and see if you see my trip including my departure... Because in transit I swore I saw a man your size in dark robes. And one should never see anything on the arcane tunnels, it should be instant." Provided they touched the crystal they would first see a room that looked like a highly advanced lab, Though not too out of place compared to Earth outside of the sheer scale of things and the fact the window was viewing a city from the top floors of a tower... 2km off the street level... But the thing that might scare is the man he saw, was possibly familiar...

Hesitantly, Leikki approached and put his hand on the large stone, while Ronan hung back. After the vision had faded, Leikki said softly, "I couldn't get a good look at his face, but... the symbol on his cloak was clear. At the very least, he's in league with Mikkel."
"It may not be a good idea for you to come to the city with us," Ronan said. "The nearest city is almost one hundred percent non-magic users. They'd freak out if they saw you. I could probably cast a spell so you could see it, though, if you'd let me."

"Now why would this guy or one of his henchmen want to mess with my portal if my world is unknown to yours. Hmm I am wondering it was just a freak crossing of portals meaning that guy ended up where I intended or was this Mikkel probing portal space for other worlds." In that brief moment the giant mage went pale and he sighed before looking down at the pair. "Do you think he would invade my world? Our world is not ready for invasion even if its by a guy who is smaller than things I have swallowed whole... But if hes backed by powerful magic he might be able to make up for being bite sized." He commented and then looked at Ronan. "Anyway Yes I would like to see that city even if its only a visual spell doing it. But then I will want to find out why someone was in my portal stream, And of course see if I can somehow send a warning home and a message that if he does come its not an attack sanctioned by this world. Would hate to see my people strike this world because of what one criminal does." Erein actually did not know if his people could strike Earth but if this Mikkel opened a stable portal link he knew it would not take long for the military types to try.

"I rather doubt Mikkel would be dumb enough to try to invade a planet full of giants," Ronan said. "And if whoever that was ended up where you were supposed to, he's probably freaking out right now."
"Look, could you find another way to reference our size difference?" Liekki asked, his face drained of most color. "I wouldn't mind it if you said we were, say, the size of your finger or something, but saying 'bite sized' just makes me nervous about... about what you might try to do."
"I left my broom at home, so you'll have to lift me up near your face so I can cast the spell," Ronan said, as casual as if he had been asking to borrow a pencil. "But believe me, if you try anything funny, you will regret it."

"Ha of course I could, I guess I do have to watch my dark humor." Erein decided to resist making another bite sized or snack sized comment "You can be assured I would never eat a person. Or at least not a person who is meaning me or my friends no harm, So if anybody tries to mug you back in town make them answer to me" He commented with a chuckle and a slightly evil grin. "Actually no even a criminal I would not do that to, Just give em a good enough scare they would need new pants. Anyway..."
He lowered his hand down to Ronan and smiled. "Sure thing and trust me the same comes from me, try and fireball my face and we will have to have a rumble. And trust me I am good at fighting, I have had my share of brawls usually after a few drinks... Sometimes us Magi drink heavy and then sometimes things are said and well then fists fly." "Plus, if you hurt him unprovoked, his girlfriend will turn you into a roach or something," Liekki added.
"She's not my girlfriend, Flame Head," Ronan said, his face bright red. "We're just friends. Really."
Liekki shrugged. "Still, she's pretty protective of him," he told Erein. "Once I singed off half his eyebrow by accident and she made a raincloud follow me around for weeks! So you better be careful."

"Wow that beats any of my pranks, My best was a very short range portal over the door to the break room at work. its destination was over the pool." he replied with a chuckle and brought Ronan all the way up to his face so he could do whatever magic it was that would let him see the city. His big blue eyes focused on the human. "Okay well there was also the blizzard in the park around the space elevator.. but that was a joint effort along with some minor weather control stones about this high" He used his free hand to show something that must have been about 20ft tall to a human. He did have to wonder what a human city would look like and if it would be anything like home. "So what are giants on this world like? Are they as big as me ? and are they cultured intelligent beings with great cities and technology?" The mage had to hope he would be able to seek home with equally scaled people in the event he could not leave Earth, But if this Mikkel fellow knew he was here... "Is there any threat to me if that evil wizard fellow knows I am here?"

"So you're a prankster, huh?" Ronan asked as he was lifted. "Gotta admire that in a guy. To answer your questions, no, the giants here are only about thirty fife feet tall at most, and they haven't got a lot of technology, as they've got to hide from most of the smaller denizens of the planet."
He reached forward and placed the tip of his wand between Erein's eyes. "Now, this may tingle a little, so please don't drop me," he said. Then he cast the spell. Images poured into the larger mage's mind, showing him everything of importance about an Earth city. When it was over, Ronan collapsed in his palm, eyes closed. "That was more draining than I expected," he said weakly.

"Impressive, Your world is quite advanced." He did not mention Targallis IV was more advanced but only by a hair anyway, Seems outside of the lack of antigravity systems and a few other things his world and this one were on par. "impressive buildings though, Your kind build them pretty big just like we do. And I guess importing memories on such a big lots of history in the cities I can tell." he was impressed at everything the small people had built, But was then a bit shocked at how ronan collapsed and wondered if it was from the effort of imparting memories on someone many times his sized was what caused it. "Is the memory transfer normally that stressing?" Erein inquired as he carefully placed Ronan on some bunched up cloth from his bag. He did not want to place the human on the hard ground. "I am guessing that I am stuck in the woods then? I doubt you have housing for someone my size. My only hope is.."
Erein was cut off by a small portal opening next to him and his communication device starting to talk.
Mr. Margallis, We are aware of your location. Portal transit for people is not possible at this time as an outside force has destroyed the network when you departed. Due to this world you are on being in another galaxy from our own it will be eight months until the Versalis can be in orbit. We will send you some supplies, An inversion tent and a compact fusion reactor. Good Luck
The mage sent a confirmation and a a few moments later two crates slid through and the portal collapsed.
"Well I have a home at least, I never expected an inversion tent... This is great I could never afford one of these even on what I make. its well... you will see. But I will wait until Ronan is awake to surprise the both of you. And I will have power in the form of the second crate which has something common to the basement of any home.. A micro nuclear fusion reactor."

"I am awake," Ronan protested, trying to prop himself up on an elbow, but just sinking into the cloth. "What's an inversion tent?" Tired though he still was, the young wizard always liked an opportunity to see some other form of magic, which he was sure this would be, and he was not about to pass it up.

"Well its the best way to go camping.". Erein stood up and pulled the bag holding the tent out of the crate, the bag pulled out did not look that indifferent from a normal human tent carry bag. Even after about ten minutes and the final poles locked into place it looked like a giant version of a typical tent. "Okay you two, Ready to see what makes this thing so special?". The giant asked offering a hand to the lady and plucking Ronan free of his robe so he could sling it over his shoulder.

"Sure looks like a normal tent, just jumbo sized," Liekki commented as Erein was setting it up. When the giant offered a hand to him, the young fire mage hesitated, but then climbed on. Ronan had done it; how bad could it be?

"I will make note of that, Okay and now that you two guys are safely on my hand lets head inside." Erein picked up his robe with the free hand and threw it over his shoulder and pushed the flap of the tent open. However instead of a stuffy tent what was revealed when inside was an enormous room with a kitchen, a full sized bed, and even a living room. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the usual appliances, The bedroom area had everything expected as well and the living area had a recliner, sofa and even something that resembled a TV... It was clear some interesting magic or technology was in play here as the tent was most definitely bigger on the inside. Off to a far side from the entry could even be seen a side door, Likely a bathroom. "So its home for now I mean not as nice as my house but its fully loaded. Even has hot and cold running water, its air conditioned and heated. I guess not really roughing it."
((ahh whoops XD, And yes Erein has a tent that is bigger on the inside... its like a TARDIS only it cant do the whole time and space thing.)

A small house, perhaps, relatively speaking, but much bigger than I'd've expected from the outside." He turned to look up at Erein, eyes alight with excitement. "How does it work?" he asked.
"I'm impressed," Liekki agreed. He poked Ronan. "Ever seen one of these before?"
Ronan shook his head.

"Well it works kind of like teleportation, Uhm well in simple terms its a pocket dimension. the doorway is a portal and this area here does not exist on the natural plane. So kind of like teleportal space only its in one place and hardlinked via the door to the real world." Erein tried his best to describe things in a logical terminology. "It is always linked to that door however, So one cannot fiddle with the magic and tie it into another door... Actually the tent serves only to make the door stay upright so one does not have to climb out while also looking more natural. I mean a door sitting the forest would look well weird." Failing to of course realize how weird it was to be in the large room from a small tent. "They are quite expensive though, As the magic and technology that make this possible are quite complicated. Fortunately nobody outside will be able to detect more than a tent based on our testing the outside gives off no evidence of high energy power generation or the ripping of space via portal stones... So your evil wizard guy should not feel this thing."

"I'm afraid none of that makes sense to me," Liekki said. "Ronan?"
The young wizard nodded. "I think I understand," he said. "But it's not anything we've ever learned how to do. Hey, out of curiosity, would it be possible to make one with two doors? One door that leads to the tent, and the other that leads to somewhere else?"

"Oh you mean like build a portal hub that does not exist in the real world but connects to multiple places on the same world or even on other worlds?" Erein had to think for a moment and decided it was safe to tell them. "Unfortunately now we have not ever been successful in that, The primary thing is that we cannot seem to get two doors matched in frequency. Every door as its own subtle variance in arcane frequency and as such even two doors side by side their realms inside will never touch even though technically they should. And even if we could frequency bind two doors they would still need to be linked to the same room somehow." The mage took a breath and walked over to the sofa and sat down with a bit of a sigh. "The doors like my own portal require power, This room while not being in real space is not far from Earth either... In fact if it were to suddenly enter the real world well it would still be in the forest... As such to link to even multiple places on one world let alone multiple worlds would require amazing amounts of power input... Trust me if I could modify this thing to make the closet in the bathroom be a portal to my home instead of hiding towels with a horrible floral pattern I would."

((Sorry, I accidentally replied to the wrong one.))
"Well, even if you haven't been successful in giving it two doors, you still have done something we can't," said Ronan. "I mean, teleportation's fairly simple, but a pocket dimension..." he shook his head. "Never heard of a working one before." He frowned thoughtfully. "Hey, do you think being inside here would make it more difficult to teleport things?"
Liekki, however, did not seem very interested in the technicalities of the thing and was merely occupied with staring around at his surroundings. "I'm starting to see why you don't like being shrunken for very long," he said to Ronan softly. "This is weird."

"Well it is not suggested to open portals to or from pocket dimensions because it could backfire violently on the casting end. So if someone tried to open a rift into this place they would at best get a minor explosion at their end and singe a few eye brows and well at worst would be them opening a portal because there would be high chance I would need a mop for when they got here.... fine red mist." Erein shrugged and remained comfortable and happy to finally be back inside a proper indoor space. he was never a big one on woods and camping. Sure he did some surfing due to his having a beach front home but never much camping. "Wait Ronan shrunk? Does that mean you are normally my size or did I just mishear that and you mean he has been smaller than normal human size before?" The mage was baffled, It almost sounded like they had something he did not on his world, The magic required to alter size... Even just a temporary alteration would let him see the city but it would also make him feel vulnerable.

"Oh. What if I were to try to teleport something from inside of here to another place, still inside of here?" Ronan asked, now glad that he hadn't decided to just test it out. "This is my normal size," he said. "However, I have shrunk to be smaller, about six inches high at the smallest." Ronan shrugged. "It can come in useful at times, but like Liekki said, it does give one a sense of vulnerability."
"I think it feels uncanny," Liekki said, "being this small in relation to what looks like a normal room. Especially since I know we haven't been shrunk."

"Oh do you mean say from the bedroom to the kitchen? Actually amazingly yes anything on the same plane frequency can teleport with in the same arcane frequency. So if this building were the size of the stratodome you could still blink from one goal to the other with no nasty issues. it is only trying to punch a portal into this layer plane that is bad." Erein replied and smiled at them. What made him happy again was this world did have shrinking magic, Still he would have the vulnerable feeling being what this world calls normal sized. "Does that mean I could for example be made human sized if only even for a few hours? And if you think this is uncanny just imagine if I could bring you home. Imagine cities like the biggest ones here on Earth only at my scale."

Ronan nodded, but decided not to test it out anyway. "Sure, I could shrink you," he said. "You'd have to be willing, though, I don't think it would be very easy if you were resisting, especially considering your regular size." He shrugged. "Why do you ask?"
Liekki shuddered. "I think I'd rather not imagine it," he said in a very small voice. "That would be quite terrifying."

"Oh just on the off chance I was needed in the city I would not cause a scare. However it would of course be best if there was a way to learn how to alter my own size. That way I would not need to bother you two any time I needed to shift.". Erein was curious about such magic, he figured it must be highly complex to alter ones' own size and mass. Of course such magic had never even been considered back home. "Oh my home town is not terrifying Liekki, Itis quite the safe place to live. And its right on the great glowing sea".

Ronan blinked several times. "Why didn't I think of that? Shrinking you to show you the city. What a genius idea! As for your learning how... I'm afraid I'm not the best tutor, even to other wizards from Earth."
Liekki scowled up at Erein. "It might not be terrifying to you," he said, "but think of how it would be to us. I mean, come on! At this size? We'd practically be in constant danger!"
