I still feel like I should work into this a bit more, but it's taken so long to finish and I should work on other things too ^^
From lineart:
I did do a digital version, but never quite finished
For the traditional original I wanted to keep a more analogical colour scheme and also have it at twilight time.
The original artwork was created using alcohol based markers and water-soluble coloured pencils on A3 Bristol board.
I hope people enjoy it.

This is so beautiful. It's such an interesting composition. You created such a fun & bright world. The twilight setting is gorgeous and the colors all compliment each other.The characters are so intriguing.

wheee thank you! lovely. Srsly... i just dont know. Windows wasnt loading so instead of putting in the windows cd to repair it, Mr Ubernerd tries to repair the nasty bit of disk space by going through a linux CD OS. Instead of formatting the bad bit of space... he insta-erased my whole C drive

I love working with traditional media (which is pretty good since I am terrible with digital).

I actually love traditional media too, I started out that way [back when I couldn't afford a tablet
hee hee, I blame my curious/seriously stubborn nature... I HAD to try digital and won't stop now until I get better [well more confident and faster at least].
I am dying to finally finish my course so I can do what I want in the summer... I really want to try a proper oil painting for the first time in my life XD
And ppppfffffffffttttt you're not terrible with digital, nothing further from the truth <__<

Never regret going digital, your work is beautiful. I'm amazed by what you can make it do.
And I am pretty bad with digital. I can colour in the lines, but most of the time I just don't really know how to make it do anything useful. Hoping to play with my friend's cintiq after Xmas though since it'll be a bit more like pencil-paper like XD (bad work man blames their tools)
Are you home over Xmas hols? Yeah there's snow although now it's icy slush outside our house. We had enough to make a snow zombie though (our poor attempt at snow man)
Your course will be over soon, probably after a nice spell of hard work
