This is so cute 
The shading on the horse is well done - you can clearly make out the features and the expressions, and I think your shading style is great.
The one thing I would maybe try revising a little bit is the emote bouncing on the saddle. It looks a bit like the emote is falling back awkwardly while the horse is moving because it slides down a bit. Maybe if you made the emote squish a tiny bit when it hits the saddle that will help.
It's just a suggestion though, I think this looks really nice. Keep up the great work!
