Description
I thought it might be nice to share my hearts border for preparation for Valentines day
(or any other special or non special love statement 
)It contains a heart border and a heart pattern
If you use it, please credit me and let me know (would love to fave any stamps using my border)
I have used it here:
PS ... dA upload made the border look funny (it gave it a border where there should be none) ... but it uploads fine with my stamp (as you can see) ... so I promise it's fine!!!

Ummm ... that was a very broad question
1) To use a stamp on deviant art, you can use it in your journal by pasting the thumb code
2) This stamp template I made is for Photoshop. You will need the program to open the file and then you can adjust the text and add pictures.
3) If you don't have Photoshop, you won't be able to use this template ... BUT, there is a free program called GIMP [link] and you can download it and make your own stamps.
4) If you're not sure how to make stamps, deviantArt has loads of tutorials on how to make stamps with Photoshop and GIMP.
5) If you don't want to make a stamp from scratch, you can download other templates for Photoshop or GIMP from deviantArt.
