Derpy was a commission for Derpyhooves2010 . It's the first time I've made Derpy with Dusty Blue rather than grey minky! I actually love the color combination - it's so soft and inviting. Derpy is made of Dusty Blue and Yellow minky, with applique details.Related content

I love the applique details as well. The couple of other plushes that I have all have embroidered eyes and cutie marks, and the applique looks really smooth in comparison.

Wow, I find it very interesting that you say that! I honestly haven't had a lot of chances to look at the embroidery on other plush maker's plushes, so I'm glad my hand-done work compares favorably to the machine stuff

Thank you! She doesn't actually have shiny effects - I just called her "Shiny" in reference to Pokemon, where rare alternate-colored Pokemon are referred to as "Shinies".

Lovely color for Derpy, it is a much softer tone than plain grey. Great pose too, and your head shape is so perfect, I have such a hard time with the head lol.
