Description
Created in Vue 9.I've been playing around with the spectral cloud layers these days, and I decide to create something that nobody has ever done in vue before,so there it is
Wish some day in the near future users can define the shape of details within function editor, and that can does improve the realism of the spectral model in vue.
5 cloud layers ,1 sunlight from the right to illuminate some details, and 3 more lights to burn the scene
I controlled the shapes of mushroom, dense smoke
on the ground and the haze&dust within function editor, did some postwork to add vennget and my signature
Hope you like it,comments are welcome

Any way to get this in a 2560 x 1440 or 2560 x 1600 resolution?

Yes, as always, stunning work. I tried a nuclear explosion in Vue myself several times but never reached that kind of detail and lighting. Well done to say the least.

I think this is a great render. The only things that I could suggest for you would be to do it with regular blue sky and make the mushroom head as white as you can get it.
Awesome stuff!

Very cool idea. I'm still waiting for one to create awesome cumulonimbus clouds in the atmosphere editor (I think I know how but tiny preview renders take 20 minutes on mine and so that really puts me off from working with spectral clouds) But a mushroom cloud is a neat idea for an atmosphere

I rely a lot on postworking when it comes to skies. Most of the time I try to get the best I can with standard or volumetric atmospheres and clouds I just postwork in. That takes me about an hour, waiting for spectral ones to render takes about 10

That one did have spectral clouds - but I got someone with a better computer to render it and even on theirs it took a day I think...I had to postwork really heavily though since the clouds look like shit in full size, I had no idea since I only ever saw them in a preview render which often gives a false impression with clouds

This is very nice! I've seen a few of these floating around and have been personally working on one for about 2 months now. Just been busy....
BUT, after seeing more... mine is now fodder compared.
You did an excellent job! well done!
