I am working on getting the size right to make this one into a puzzle. Sorry, for the repost of a repost.Edit: This fractal is now available in print, and all the other items including a puzzle.

Re. the puzzle size question, you can find all DA product dimensions listed here:
FAQ #132: What are the minimum image sizes for each product?
DA puzzles are 10"x14" so you would need an image size of 3000x4200px for a high quality print. If my calculations are correct I think you have the right height/width ratio now.
