I think it's important to begin correctly, and even though this is sort of a re-hash of a scenario in the game, I can put my own twist on it and start my story off with everyone comfortably aboard... before I crash us all on the rocks of deceit and the reefs of melodramatic horror!

The name Muriel has been floating around the fandom forever, and I'd been using it like everyone else. But the only place I'd ever seen it officially in English was on the old Konami European site for the first game (no longer in existence). So recently I finally verified it by translating the phonetic katakana in the original Japanese art books detailing the characters.
