Description
"This Flatline's a real twisted customer. He's a... "used" parts dealer that operates out of Kalis. I've dealt with him for info and upgrades sometimes, never really caring to ask where he got either. One look into this bot's eyes is enough to shift the polarity of yer spark. I once bought a locking chip from 'im that was still dripping with mech fluid. Warm mech fluid. Needless to say, I can't recommend hanging around Kalis after dark. Not that it was all that safe to begin with."-Lockdown; After-Market Parts Enthusiast.

Aw man, I saw the extra arms on his chest and instantly knew who it was. Man, Flatline was one of the best new characters created for the Movie-verse, he's so twisted! Really hope, like Lockdown, he ends up popping up again in other Transformers continuities.

Oh, yeah! It's really creepy; like, Dr. Frankenstein of the Decepticons! Nicely done.

The lines were done in Flash, while everything else is Photoshop.

oh my goodness that bio gave me the creeps.
While Flatline is based off of Jack the ripper, Flame in TFA (head-canon) is the Bloody Mary (or sweeny todd) of Kalis.
Now I can see them as BFFs in Kalis killing others for parts.

HELLS. YES.
Flatline is my favorite comics-only character in the history of TF EVAR.

"Yo Scrounge, I'm really happy for you, I'll let you finish, but Flatline is the best comic-only character of all time. The best comic-only character of all time!"

I think just not being creeped out by Lockdown would be enough to creep Lockdown out.

Love it! And creeped out a bit at the same time. I can totally see the ROTF tribute, as well as a possible Jack the Ripper/ Undertaker from KUROSHITSUJI influence.
Sucker's bet that he transforms into a hearse!

Tiny arms makes it easier for him to wring them without sacrificing productivity.

Love the crooked hat, half-expect him to turn into a coffin or something though I see the tires.

He probably turns into a herse, as in a car that carries coffins.

Is he inspired by Jack the Ripper or someone of that Nature?
