Chisel is the greediest Decepticon in Megatron's army. If you have one of something, he'll want a hundred more. While this attitude often puts him at odds with other Decepticons, especially those in his Dread squad, he will defend what is his with a psychopathic vigor that makes him a nominal choice for resource transportation. Chisel would rather extinguish his own spark than lose even one small piece of his "collection."The elusive Superfund truck [link] from "Dark of the Moon" may have just been a human vehicle flying the 'con colors, but that won't stop me from guessing at what may have been.

Chisel. Good name. If there's one thing I was really disappointed about, it was the lack of a robot mode for this guy. Come on! You deco an armored car with Decepticon sigils and then don't give it a robot mode? Lame.
Anyway, I'd like to see this truck made into a movie-verse Swindle but I love the idea of making him another of the Dreads too. That's probably what Hasbro would have done had they actually decided to make a toy of him.

I like this concept very much! It looks like it could be customized from a Crankcase and a Leadfoot, the latter because of the fender-belly Chisel's got goin' on.
