The colours you chose are excellent. All these cold shades match perfectly together and create an impression of low temperatures high up in the mountains.
As the horizon the child points at is not visible it could look completely different from the mountain range in the background down below. So the observers are challenged to imagine a scenery on their own. That is mysterious and draws attention to the painting.
The only thing I struggle with is the fact that you can not lift a baby like this. Therefore it rather reminds me of a doll. But a brilliant painted one, of course. It certainly not runs your impressive painting down!
