I had this dream long ago and wondered for almost a year why this image evoked something to me. After a while, i understand that this is a vision where the unnatural part of the character is thrown away through one of the oldest biological reflexes : vomiting. The man, dislocating his jaw like a reptile to evacuate an man-made object, evokes a conflict between guts instincts and artificiality imposed by the industrial context. A conflict in which the impulsive reptilian brain wins.Also this is a self portrait. I actually look like this. (although my mouth doesn't open that wide)

The lack of niches in this modern world maybe leads to feats like this. Although it could be just a stunt, showing his friends what his mouth is able to do. Whatever he´s about to show, this capture of a moment is provoking a tons of thoughts through the eyes of the viewer. This art just works perfect.
The technically realization leaves nothing to be desired. The light reflection on the bottle are more than real. And the side portrait of the character is totally fine. Not totally photoreal is the face, in the following building up some contrast to the bottle. The crop is nicely divided, the bottle quite in the mid, as the main subject.
