Just trying some things out.Its taken about 5 hours in Adobe Illustrator CS2.

maybe making the stubs on the face the same color as your out line would stand out more?
also your color pallet for your skin is very orange is this intentional?

I might change the stubble later. I have it on 75% transparency at the minute.
I like the orange look, makes me look more angry and scary

I think that lines should be thicker. I looks a bit chaotic
