Amber is the youngest of 12 siblings, all numels , camerupt or Torkoals her father a powerful Camerupt protected their volcanic home from those wishing to demolish the small spa town to make a resort, tossing its calm atmosphere that helped people heal for profit, her father who owned the land refused, as his wife smoked out anyone who would dare poach or illegally dump on their volcanic soil. stating that the higher tiers actions would ruin the land and its pokemon, caring more of the ones less fortunate than their fortune for volcanic glass or obsidian gems and instead honouring the traditions of old, with hot springs and herbs that grew on the land, being the protectors of their land that Frosaliss family had become revered as strong protectors of the land meaning a lot of expectation was placed on amber from the get-go, as her parents attention was split between their duties as well as their twelve children, meaning that little amber hardly got any love or affection from them. and had to mature quickly, soon casting her toys away to the other children in the land who did not have the means of having them, and rushed head first into training in battle in order to help protect the land she loved, and those who lived in it and just maybe gain the affection from her parents that she yearned. her rare form of a Taur gave her more stamina and power to fight with, but a life of training against her brothers and sisters did not gain her parents affections as she would've hoped,

instead, they pushed her hard, criticized her whenever she slipped up in the slightest, her siblings ignored her and would often belittle her for being the youngest, as her position meant nothing in the power hiearchy, as the frosaliss family owned the land over time they became owners of the very company who tried to develop over their town in a law case and their resorts became their properties. from kanto to alola from frigid mountain to harsh dessert and even under the oceans, the frosaliss resorts became highly sought out places for the higher tier, such people influenced ambers family around her to act in a way that disgusted her they began to ignore the old traditions of the land they lived in, they ignored the less fortunate and elderly as more money flowed into their pockets, they began to care less about all but their standing in society, even turned away from battling all together to produce more resorts with made Amber more anggered, hating what was happening she would sneak out of the house and to the village elders, letting them teach her the tricks they had learnt, from glass blowing to gem crafting even helped an old Chansey with her spa by grinding the herbs for her, but when her parents got wind of their youngest daughter still rubbing elbows with the poor, they decided it was enough, and moved away from the historic home to her shock, how could they, her parents and siblings who once honoured their ancestral home, just carelessly leave for a mansion in unova? she couldnt bare it, and what was worse, her parents started to hire tutors for all twelve children, though the other 11 took to it with ease, amber did not care for it, as they were for trival things she did not care for like buisness and latin.

so once again she began to sneak out of this empty house as she called it, and wandered the city to explore ignoring the stares at her body, and started to know the locals, especially the elderly who ran small shops like the florists, and the bakers and the market places became her safe havens, they made her feel welcomed and wanted, as her hump made for a great furnace to the pizzaria when their oven was on the blink. shed even show the kids her talent in glass blowing, the intricate designs mesmerized them, but it was the older kids she did not enjoy, those who heard she was of wealth and tried to mug her, or destroy the glass figures she made. gaining the attention of her family but not in a good way, as she was being looked down on for being with commoners according to the more snobbish of the higher class.

embaressed the two locked amber within the cold mansion stating she was not to leave until she cleaned up her act, to which she replied what act, that she was honouring their traditions, respected life, and cared for the elderly and less fortunate, and not become corrupt like the rest of them with things like fancy cars and dresses, it soon became a shouting match between her and her father with ambers hump on the cusp of erupting in anger, and soon became a brawl as unlike the rest of them she continued to train at a blazikens gym, everyone was in shock at the result, she had beaten her father within two minutes, angered he sent her away to clean up her act until she either graduated or became a better daughter for their lifestyle.

so now shes here, in Valors dorm against her will, wishing simply to graduate and return to her ancestral home, seeing anyone there to be uncaring stuck ups who arent worth her time or effort
