One of the best movie sequels in my opinion. I had to make a another one lol forgive me.These are just some of the rolls I thought the mane six would be perfect for. Pinkie is Apone, AJ is Hicks, RD is Vasquez, Shinning is Gorman, Twi is Ripley, Sweetie belle is Newt, and Fluttershy is Hudson. Why Hudson, He panics most of the time just like she would. I didn't have room to add Rarity but I thought she might be the pilot that fly the "plan ship thing" you know the one "We're in the pipe, 5 by 5." lol, I don't know, maybe.

Yeah especially when it was directed by James Cameron.
But the 3rd sequel Alien 3 was ok (both versions of the film with the Alien Dog & Ox/Bull), but the 4th one Alien: Resurrection was kinda bit ... iffy for me.
Don't get me wrong I still liked it & still do but the Hybrid (the one with the humanoid like skull) kinda killed it for me in a mixed reception kind of way, but the rest of the 4th movie was good.

Well... The bridge between the second and the third movie was a huge stretch. I liked the third film, but not as much as the first and second film. Even the "graphic novel" had trouble bridging the two movies.
They should have gone in a whole different direction for the "third Alien" movie. Not necessarily like the last few Ridley Scott films, but like followed like Riply's daughter's storyline, or followed up with what happened at the colony before the aliens came. To me those stories would have been closer to the space horror film like the first movie.

Yeah ain't that the Truth .. however I do like the prequel series cause we get to dive deeper into the Origins of the Xenomorphs & their creations.

I think those were good as stand a lone movies, it was just disappointing for those who wanted a continuation of the Xenomorphs as they knew them.
With the prequels, now, Riddly Scott took all the theories and other stories and threw them out the window, Even for his own first movie. So the Xenomorphs weren't perfect, Dave had too breed them to be the Xenomorphs we knew. He had to fly the alien ship and crash it on LJ4-22 (the world from the first film) with tons of newly formed alien eggs...?

Yeah, taking away the Alien from Ridley Scott, was a mistake for 20th Century Fox. I hope Alien : Covenant will be a good film, better than Prometheus.

Ya the image just got me thinking of the scene where Ripley checks for monsters in the dolls head. Then I noticed the ribbon and instantly though, "Is that Applebloom?"

lol, if I see a scene I like. I still couldn't pick a scene I liked out of Prometheus other than c section scene. The only part that made me laugh was when the robot stuck his finger in his drink in front of him, lol! "You stick it, you picked it, dude." lol!
