Loki began spending days upon days in the tavern, waiting alone for countless hours for someone to show up, unsure what to do with himself. He took up Lightning magic as a hobby, and it was one day when he was sitting alone practicing once again that he heard the familiar voice.
“I heard you needed help”
The voice was familiar, and so when Loki glanced up and saw the familiar gray form of his old friend, his spirits lifted,
”Oh, yes I-“
He cut himself short as he took another look at his friends expression, and his stomach sank as he realized he was not speaking to his friend, his expression twisting.
”Oh.”
The gray held up the missing poster with a slow smile, the last person he had ever expected to show up would be
”Yami.”
