First off, the colors surprised me. As someone who prefers to use bright, vibrant colors, I don't often see pieces that use mostly earth tones. It gives it an interesting feel, and I kinda like it. I also really love how pretty her eyes are! By not adding a pupil, you gave her eyes a really soft feel, and yet they still don't look unfocused or out of place in this more realistic drawing.
There are a few things that give me pause, though. First off, her bangs. I love how you did her hair, yes, but the bangs look a little lopsided. Maybe adding another bunch of strands on the left would help? Another thing that caught my eye is that the shading on the back of the hair is different from the hair in the front. While it doesn't look bad, it is a little odd since the hair in the front seems much more detailed than the hair in the back, despite the fact that you should be able to see the same amount of detail from this angle. A couple of loose strands might add another realistic detail to the hair as well.
Second, the eye on the left looks a little too small compared to the right eye. I mean, of course the left eye is going to be a little smaller, but it looks out of proportion compared to how it should be.
Third, the collar bone is a little too high up on the body. It should be centered a little lower, maybe an inch or two above the chest area.
I also believe that the neck could use a little more thickness on the back. It doesn't look bad, per-se, but it also kind of looks like it might curve at a weird angle under her hair.
My last thing is mostly personal preference, but her bandana looks a little plain. It looks fine in her hair, but I feel like you could add a more decorative touch to it, perhaps by adding some sort of floral pattern? Maybe a dark blue color, or a dark olive green if you'd rather stick to earth tones.
In any case, this is still an interesting piece. I loved how you managed to keep away from using features that are normally considered 'beautiful' by artists, such as small noses and fair skin, but still managed to make your character look wonderfully beautiful. I must say, if this isn't your best work, I'd love to see how your normal stuff looks. Also, if this is a WIP, I'd love to see the finished piece!
