From the summary episode press release:
"As Twilight Sparkle eagerly anticipates the arrival of Princess Cadance, Discord dishes up quite the dreadful disruption when he arrives and begs the ponies to take care of him while he is sick. But when Discord’s diva like demands get ridiculously out of hand, Twilight’s generosity and friendship skills are put to the test during her special weekend."
This seems like it's just gonna be a bunch of interactions between Discord and Twilight, but it's more than likely that he'll also be interacting with Fluttershy and the others, too.
This episode is scheduled to air on January 25th, and will also mark Discord's "first ever musical performance."
I hope you guys are as excited as I am for this episode. ^^

Turned out to be an awesome episode! Discord was hilarious - nice to see he hasn't completely reformed - and I love how affectionate he is about Fluttershy. And they write each other letters!!! <3

But, also, I must admit, a little bit afraid, why is Discord sick?, isn't he an immortal all powerful creature?, I mean, what if the bad entity that's been going around in the shadows picks up on him?!!!, the writer, they aren't thinking about killing him, right?!, RIGHT?!!!!, RIIIIIIIIGGGHHHHHTTTT???!!!!!!
I've already friking suffer the dead of other favourite characters in the past, and I was in peace because MLP is mostly intended for children so there haven't been any death, not even King Sombra or Crystalis who were non reformed evils, just pure hopeless evils, they AREN'T thinking about doing something bad to Dicord, PLEASE SOMEBODY TELL ME THEY AREN'T ;___;
Fears aside, I'm SO EXITED about Discord singing, I do not care what kind of song it is, I'll be hearing it till me ears drop off XDDD
I really hope this episode marks the begging of Discord getting a little better with the rest of the main six, it frankly hurt me how easily willing some of them were to "blast him into stone" in the two part episode ;__; (oh! Fluttershy, I so love you, and you really care about him at least as a friend)
I also hope they fix the EPIC fail of having Discord misspelling Fluttershy's name, I mean, I think it was intended to be a joke on his part, and a bit of pride too, like "I'm still the Lorf of Chaos and I'm not going to consider anybody special to me" when he in fact may be just afraid to admit so, But still that part hurt me a little, so I hope in this episode he shows he actually care about Fluttershy as he did in "Keep Calm and Flutter On".
