The cutie mark is squizhed a little to much. There's some small ruff edges around the eyes and legs. And theres too many eye-lids. Other than that good. Sorry if i miss spelled anything, have a nice day. (since that was all i could place my finger on and the minnimum is 100 words's im just gona say random stuff. blbokfblfobllb cheezcake is delightful on a wensday btw nice haircut. other than that fluf. but only in small doses because too much cake make you fat. and fat is bad, in some country's it's good though. so make sure fat when you'r there. )

As for Pinkie Pie having too many eyelids?
She's kinda closing her eyes, and what you think is too many eyelids, is actually her bottom eyelids, closing in with her top eyelids!

I think you should change the credit to say "vector/flutterflyraptor" and "Pinkie Pie, Friendship is Magic/Lauren Faust and Hasbro". Right now, it looks like you are claiming Pinkie as yours.Β

Few pointers: Check a color guide cause her colors are a bit dark, cutiemark should be smaller and not squashed, use strokes for outlines so they have consistent thickness, and close all outline strokes to a tapered point.
After that looks good, keep at it. I need to make some more vectors (my friend wont get off my back about A picture I'm making for him).
