#Specchallenge

Dasypus Aquaticus:

This species of Armadilo adapted for a life in the coral reefs of the ocean.
With a size from only 50-100cm it is common prey for many species of fish. To keep it's underside save it swims close with it's underside to the sea floor trough the coral reefs with the Armor protecting attacks from above, but the Armor that it needs for protection against predators doesn't make it very agile and it has either to hide or lie on the sea floor.
It's front of the skull hardend and looks similar to a beak wich it needs to cut of pieces from sponges that are it's main food source.
To swim it evolved long forelimbs with weebed feet. From the hindlegs isn't much left, except for a single toe with a large claw. The tail is  covered in armor and is very flexible.

To eat it uses it's tail, Hind- and Forelimbs to grab sponges while it uses it's sharp beak to cut of pieces of sponge. It doesn't have any teeth in it's mouth and it chews with sharp edges inside it's beak.
