My 2nd entry in my "Villains Gallery", Captain Cold is my favorite Flash Villain. Sharp-eyed fans will notice minor changes to him, in particular, his goggles and gun. I tried to imagine a more "reality-based" Captain, in that his freeze gun would require a mixture of chemicals and such. His "snow-Goggles" were kind of a natural progression of a guy who just decided to wear a snow suit to fire a bright beam weapon to commit crime. This piece may have additional changes.
