I mean, the dA submission policy actually prohibits porn to be submitted here.
Porn should be submitted to sites where it IS allowed to be honest.

If I draw nsfw art with characters' genitals. I'd rather upload a censored version here and I'll put the uncensored one on Tumblr or other sites that allow porn art that shows genitals.

I drew a character with a dynamite stick up their butt and I didn't get into trouble, though it's written in the rules:
• Vaginal, Penile or Anal Penetration
This includes depictions of any object being inserted into the vagina, penis or anus.
I also drew two characters with condensed milk on their bodies, which is meant to resemble a certain liquid. Nothing bad happened to me again. Despite:
• Sexual body fluids (actual or simulated).
There should be no depiction of semen or vaginal lubricants.
What are your thoughts on this?

I think because the *ahem*that thing wasn't shown, you got away with it.
Since I haven't seen it, you may have said it was condensed milk in the description and as a result, nobody reported you.
