There's a lot of these british epics that never see the light of artistic day. Very nice!

That is sadly accurate. Well, there's not as much art I would have imagined there would be. Oh, and thank you!

Heh, that's my hometowns coat of arms! Great interpretation ^___^

Wow! really?! Not to sound like a creeper, (which I will sound like in a moment -_-) but, whats the name and location of your hometown? I'm just curious I'd like to see the coat of arms! I based the design off of a shield I've seen a while ago (I can't remember where). I just thought the shell pattern on the shield was fitting for the story.

I'm from a town called Slagelse in Denmark, but I'm actually afraid I have to eat my words. It's been a few years since I looked at it last and I realize that it's actually the Archangel Michael, not St George!

Oops xD Oh well, it's not that used any longer, and there is an organisation dedicated to St. George in my city, so I must've mixed them up

The stories themselves are easily confused! they both end up slaying the dragon so the ending is the same.
Thank you for your understanding and your answer!

When looking at the thumbnail for this, I could have sworn this was pastel or color pencil on black paper, but it's still nicely done digitally too.

Thank you! For most of the painting I used a brush with very low opacity, so most of the gradients are very soft. Perhaps that is why? And again, thanks!

Possibly, I remember trying Photoshop in my junior college and it had brush like strokes... That's probably what you meant.
