Code Geass - Upgrades 2[Episode- R2 11]
Hope you enjoy the latest 4koma. I'm pretty much making a call back to a previous 4koma. The Upgrades one. If you don't quite get the joke here see part one and it should all fall into place. [link]
I thought about playing off the weird bondage outfit Kallen was held in, but I thought this would be a good chance to joke about the Guren's sybian mode I made up for these 4komas.
I'm rather pleased with the design work in this image. It was so hard to find a nice full body, front shot of Suzaku's new flight suit. It was mostly chest up pictures and I needed to see more for this.
The Guren in this one is something I look to with some pride. I'm very happy with the design and color work on that frame.

While Kallen was captured by the Chinese Federation. The Eunuch Generals handed Kallen and the Gurren over to Suzaku. They must have been worried, because they had Kallen seriously bound up. Lelouch was so angry to hear this he's sworn to get her back with his own hands.

So, how does original-voice Lloyd sound? I haven't gotten any of the dvd's in the mail just yet.
Not sure what to expect... aside from short scenes and a few picture dramas neither dubbed nor subbed on youtube, I've only seen the dubbed eps on AdultSwim. A lot of people complain about Johnny Yong Bosch doing the same voice as he always does, but from what I've caught of it, Jun Fukuyama makes Lelouch sound way too deep-voiced to be a teenager. But that's probably just me.

He sounds rather high pitched and kind of feminine.
Lelouch is suppose to have a deep voice. He comes across more regal that way. He did come from a royal blood line.

I thought this would be the bunch of geass fans to ask of this... does anyone else hear Mark Hamill's Joker voice whenever the dubbed Lloyd speaks? I keep expecting Cecile to start addressing him as "Mista A"
