Okay, let's do comments. I'll start
Birchpaw trotted into the medicine den, holding some catchweed burrs carefully wrapped in a leaf between his jaws. He poked his head inside, hesitant to enter at first

Inside the den, Mistypaw was busy trying to sort herbs, while some of the plants such as the catmint and Marigold seemed to be in order, some of the berries and other herbs were grouped together in strange nonsensical piles. "Stonewhisker is gonna be so happy when comes back!" She purred gleefully, unaware of Birchpaw's presenceΒ

Birchpaw looked down at the messy piles and slowly crept around her. He set down the burrs and said, "Umm, e-excuse me? n-Not to be rude, but you don't have them all in the same p-pile"

"Whaaaaaaaat? Β but all of them smelled so similar they have to be right!" The blind apprentice exclaimed, Her paws shuffled around and knocked some of the piles all over the place. "Mouse dung, I thought I really had it this time" She muttered. The shecat shrugged. "Well I guess, 8 times a charm right?" She purred before turning back to her scattered leaves and berries

"n-No, they all have different scents," He said, sitting next to her and pulling a juniper berry over. "t-This is a juniper berry. See how it has a slightly bitter smell?"

Mistypaw looked puzzled before sniffing at the berry. "I mean, it's a little different I guess..." She mumbled. Her ears perked and she turned toward the entrance of the den. "Someone's coming!" She meowed. As she predicted, Stonewhisker pushed his way into the den.

"You can learn a lot about herbs by how they smell and feel." He said kindly. He jumped as the medicine cat stomped in. He stood up and gave him a friendly, though hesitant smile. "i-I got some catchweed burrs for you. y-You looked like you were running out"

The dull tabby looked around the den. "Where are the other apprentices? Out goofing off?" He meowed. The tabby shrugged. "Whatever, less cats in the den I suppose, what are you both up too?" He asked, walking over and looking down to the scattered pile of herbs at the apprentices paws.

"r-Raggedpaw is sitting with Softfur, and Weedpaw is out looking for cobwebs, I think" He said quickly, frightened by this tom. "s-She was having a little trouble with the herbs, so I tried to help her out"

Stonewhisker looked down at him. "Weedpaw went out on his own? You Rowanclan cats seem to think you can just do whatever you want don't you" He meowed, shaking his head before settling down next to the pile of herbs. "Right well, come on, lets clean this up before the other two get in here" He meowed, Mistypaw nodded eagerly. "I know I can do it this time!" She purred

Birchpaw's ears went back and he cowered under Stonewhisker's glare. He walked around and started pulling berries towards himΒ

Mistypaw cheerfully pulled the marigold toward her, shaping it into a neat pile. While he was cleaning up Mistypaw's mess, he came across the bundle Birchpaw had brought earlier. "Yes this will do, Thank you. Next time however at least take a warrior with you, last thing we need is more cats being eaten by dogs" He meowed, flicking an ear

Birchpaw froze, his eyes downcast and sad. "I know what the dogs can do. I didn't go alone, I went with my mother and Adderpaw"

Stonewhisker cocked an eyebrow. "And the other on, Weedpaw was it? He also has a warrior with him?" He asked though he didn't sound all that interested. Busy sorting the herbs that Mistypaw had knocked over.

"I think so." He said, sorting the berries into a neat pile. There was a rustle at the entrance of the den and Icefur padded in, limping slightly. Birchpaw gasped and dashed over, sniffing all over her for blood. "Birchpaw, calm down" The white cat exclaimed, licking his head.Β

"Is that a patient? I can help!" Mistypaw called. without thinking she grabbed a rather large mouthful of herbs and dashed out toward the sound of the voices, once again, scattering the herbs and berries all over the place and nearly running onto Birchpaw and Icefur in the process. Stonewhisker sighed and padded out toward the white shecat. "Yes Mistypaw I'm sure you'll help her like you helped the herbs" He teased, ruffling the fur on her head before addressing the shecat. "What can we do for you?"Β

Icefur stifled a giggle at the eager apprentice before turning to Stonewhisker, while Birchpaw squeaked and stepped back quickly to avoid getting trampled. "Me and Cloudpaw were training, and I stepped on a sharp rock." She explained, holding out her paw. A small dark shape was embedded in her pad, surrounded by blood

Stonewhisker examined her paw then turned to Birchpaw, "well, what do you think should be done?" He asked. After all he was meant to be training these Rowenclan troublemakers. Hopefully Softfur had at least taught them how to care for a thorn in the paw. Mistypaw sniffed at the wound and gasped. "Great starclan! Are we gonna have to take her paw off?!" She asked in horror.Β

Birchpaw fluffed up and looked at Mistypaw in horror. "We're not going to have to take her paw off!" Icefur sat patiently as her son examined her paw. "f-First, we should take the rock out. Then we should chew up some goldenrod and comfrey for aΒ poultice"

"No no Mistypaw we aren't taking anyone's paws off" he meowed, shaking his head before looking down at Birchpaw. "Alright then, off you go" he meowed, "you get rid of the rock while I try to find goldenrod" he meowed before lumbering over to the scattered plants.

He nodded, took a deep breath, then carefully took the rock between his teeth and yanked it out quickly. Icefur winced but quickly calmed her son by saying, "Didn't hurt at all."
