It took me several years of trying before I was able stop. I don't know how hard it is to stop smoking, but I think it may have been just as hard. I hope it won't be this hard for you. There's no need to stop completely either, is there?

Oh, that's so sad! I try hard to keep anything dangerous away from Noah. I mostly use environmentally-friendly, non-toxic cleaners, for example. (If I clean at all, that is...)
