Bravo, sir! Man, you've really raised the bar for exoticism with these...I'm digging the super-attenuated quality of the fingers on the primary manipulatory "hands," combined with those paired vestigial thumbs (?). I can totally see this one as an engineer working in a 0g environ, or even as a prospective "floor model" for spacefaring posthumans...Man, now I want to see a pycnogonid Chimerape, or at least the planktonic larval phase thereof. Nice work!

Imagine the thumb being functional, paired with the non-attenuated index finger, and used to work fine tools while the attenuated fingers are folded against the back of the hand (wider range of motion). The attenuated fingers may even be used to hold tools or parts individually (I do that part myself with LEGO Technic, which is where I got the idea).

Woo, so creepy!

I like the concept, very minimal and yet absolutely horrifying. Looks like something that would crawl right out of a nightmare. Well done!

Yeah, the creep-factor seems to be high on this one. Success! Thanks!

I think it's the hands and the long finders. I don't like the idea of spiders crawling around on me; I really don't like the idea of spiders grabbing me and not letting go. Dx

Oh god, that makes it even worse!

But it's not a spider! It's a sea spider!

But it's still an arachnid. D:

No it isn't. It's a pycnogonid.

It is still an arthropod, though.

I like the work on the face and how the brows are defined.
