I use Sketchbook for drawing, but I will soon test Manga Studio, I'm "anxious" to see how your Extension work ^^.

Don't be anxious, it's not difficult to make it work. It's a simple template with symmetry rulers. It was made for manga studio ex4, never tried in ex5. But if you use it and doesn't work tell me I'll make changes.
And when I tried Manga Studio, I never looked back. You'll like it. There's a learning curve but it really worth it. Now with MSEX5, I don't even go to Photoshop anymore for my color

Now that you mention it she really looks like an assassin.... She not that bad, but I like the idea, I will keep the outfit for an assassin. She is not a biker either.... well, I should get better at character design.

The only reason I said biker was that I thought I saw flames on her sleeves cuff things...Is she a spy? She looks like she could be one for a secret organization...maybe

Nope, not a spy, nor a princess, but we can say that she's rebelling against something and you are right about the flames on the cuffs, but now she would be like a biker. 
Probably the buckle straps on the sides and the boots are too much.
OK what if I tell you that her outfit is deep red and black, and her hair are white. She could have a cloak sometimes. (well with the cloak she will look even more like an assassin 
I will definitely tell you once I get my ideas straight.
Thank you for your inputs it should get me going, there is definitely something missing in the design that will give a better hint of what she is. But all your guesses could have been right, maybe except the princess

No, not a super hero, yes she can control fire.
Ok here's what she is :
A mercenary / fire user trying to escape her fate as being born as a colorless child. Those children has a great destiny and raised to accomplish it. But now she's fed up with all those old geezers nonsense, thus her looks and what she is doing now.
This is the resume of the first draft.
Maybe you think you didn't do much, but I assure you that you did really helped me getting a clear idea of what she is exactly.
