Jango Fett’s Slave I, complete with the original Jango Fett: one of the most rare and sought-after minifigures in the entire Lego Star Wars universe.This 358 piece set, Lego number: 7153, was released in 2002 and came with Jango Fett and Young Boba Fett minifigures.

Hmm. I can spot a few coloring hiccups LEGO made. Using black for dark green on the front among them. And design-wise, the "Elephant trunk" part seems too short (A real pity, just two studs longer, and there'd be room to put the missiles in their proper location), at this size saucer shell bricks could have been employed to better capture the shape of the back/top of the elliptical section, and the wings really do come down too low in flight mode; their swivels could have been mounted at a different height or the spars made double-jointed.
Still, a very nice set and if you want the Slave I in this livery without painting parts then this set is the way to go.

Yeah, it's a cool set, but nowhere near as awesome as the 2 Slave 1 sets that came out afterwards (both in the classic trilogy era Boba Fett color scheme). I'd imagine they will do Jango Fett's Slave 1 again with new and improved design sooner or later

Awesome stuff! Do you mean the new version of Slave 1 (with the Bossk minifig)? There's a new Jango Fett minifig out this year, but that's not 'til July

Gotcha! I sold my Jango Fett Slave 1 (but kept hold of the Jango minifig) as I didn't really have room to display it. I got both the newer Slave 1 sets, and your right = the 2005 set is the coolest!

Ahhh, I remember this. Got it waaaay back when Attack of the Clones was new. Being a kid who didn't know how to take good care of his crap, I eventually I lost every single piece, but looking back I still think it was awesome.
