I made this one while practicing various facial expressions. I'm still a little shaky when drawing both eyes so I took the cowards way out this time.Related content

Like the shadow under the hair, the shadow in the place of eye, nice~

this is really awesome!! I like how her teeth are showing in a snarl like that! and it makes it even more mysterious that her eyes were covered.

I like the whole eyes hidden in shadow look, very dramatic but the reason here was more practical, I can't draw equally good eyes to save my lifeΒ Β

Thanks! Yeah, I struggle with them as well, especially if the person is at an angle. I found a tutorial by Mark Crilley on Youtube that was really helpful so check it out if you need a few pointers

Im terrible at learning from people, my heads constantly in the clouds. I do better just by watching people, Ive learned more from just staring at pictures than ive ever learned in a classroom lol.

Same here, that's why I just watched others do it to learn and then tried to recreate it later, hopefully in my own style.Β

Often, i would take photos of my friends and attempt to recreate them, from there, i used my basic understanding of their structure to create my own fashion of drawing, we all reach our own style in our own ways.
