Description
I made this one while practicing various facial expressions. I'm still a little shaky when drawing both eyes so I took the cowards way out this time.Related content

The fangs and the movements of the lips, the expression - neat~
Like the shadow under the hair, the shadow in the place of eye, nice~

A lot of the design was just me avoiding to actually draw the eyes and all surrounding details

Haha, so it's not because You preferred it that way, but because You were lazy/afraid of.. drawing actual eyes? XD
Well, great job, you did it XD

Haha yeah, it was about 2 weeks into my drawing journey so I seriously doubted I could draw two equally good eyes

Thanks It was drawn from reference though, so I can't take credit for the design. I only wish I could practice as much now as I could when I first started but the real world doesn't wait just because I'm having fun doing something new

this is really awesome!! I like how her teeth are showing in a snarl like that! and it makes it even more mysterious that her eyes were covered.

I like the whole eyes hidden in shadow look, very dramatic but the reason here was more practical, I can't draw equally good eyes to save my lifeΒ Β

Thanks! Yeah, I struggle with them as well, especially if the person is at an angle. I found a tutorial by Mark Crilley on Youtube that was really helpful so check it out if you need a few pointers

Im terrible at learning from people, my heads constantly in the clouds. I do better just by watching people, Ive learned more from just staring at pictures than ive ever learned in a classroom lol.

Same here, that's why I just watched others do it to learn and then tried to recreate it later, hopefully in my own style.Β

Often, i would take photos of my friends and attempt to recreate them, from there, i used my basic understanding of their structure to create my own fashion of drawing, we all reach our own style in our own ways.
