I really don't like what his name means, a whiny blowhard. So i just emphasized the other definition which means he's a hardworker, that's why he breathes so hard.
He's a fellow Autobot worker like Gears who can lift objects or make them heavy and increase their gravity and mass. His alternate mode is the Ford F 100.

You know, despite being such a big complainer, Huffer has also shown to be a brave Autobot in the heat of battle. Β Such as during the episode when Megatron attained the Heart of Cybertron, Huffer transformed in an attempt to charge at Megatron, even though he didn't succeed at doing any significant damage to him.

Mostly the same reasons I liked your Rodimus.Β Great art and a practical redesign which still retains the essence of the original character.Β He was instantly recognisable to me as Huffer just by looking at the thumbnail.Β I like your choice of alt mode too.

I know that you fave Kup and added him to your DA collection. Thanks! His alt mode is 007's iconic car, the Aston Martin DB5 which was shown in SKYFALL.

Thickheaded? Hmmm.....i've had the impression from the classic series that he was a whiny blowhard.
I had to redesign him, because his bot head from the classic version looks like a WWE wrestler mask, like something Bane or Ray Mysterio would wear and i don't want that for him. Ugh!
Thanks! Glad that you're digging this Huffer redesign. And buff is the right word to describe my Huffer redesign. I don't want him to be this whiny blowhard but rather a hardworker who really gets down to it and does the job pretty well.
If you've noticed the pickup truck, it's a Ford F 100 with a yellow colour finish with some subtle graphic pinstripping. This is the truck that Sly Stallone used in the Expendables films and also seen in History Channel shows like Counting Cars and Kings Of Restoration. Cool huh?

I've got LOTS of reasons to hate that bitch and Ghostbusters 2016 and the Spider-Man movies under her control are "those" reasons. I don't want anyone pushing for whatever politics and agenda in their positions of power in Hollywood, particularly in the things that i and many others love. Ghostbusters and Spider-Man should never be tainted with such petty and twisted ideologies and agendas from these sick individuals.
As for her "pre-empting" and putting words on Kevin Feige's mouth when they didn't discuss such things, yup that interview and the countless Sad Feige memes pretty much reflect why she shouldn't be allowed near any movie project at all. Of course, It's used By Rick Dale of the History Channel's Kings Of Restoration and Sylvester Stallone's Barney character in the Expendibles movies so i figured that i had to use it. Pretty cool huh? So as to also seperate him from Sentinel Prime, Rodimus Prime, Optimus Prime, Ratchet, Magnus and Ironhide too. I do want Huffer not to be that whiny blowhard back in G1 but a hard working regular Autobot. That.
As for those things behind Huffer's feet, those are braces or stands. These drawings are toy boxart illustrations of what these Transformers would look like in TOY form so naturally they would have those braces for balance or weight support. Characters such as Gears, Kup, Warpath and Arcee have either wheels or braces for weight balance and support.

It just makes sense to me, logics and physics wise because if you look at Hollywood sci fi movies and anime like Ghost In the Shell, Evangelion and stuff, they really do take into account things like weight balance, physics and scale. Like how and what would they look like if they existed in our world. Same with building cars and tanks, which is what some Transformers are anyways.
These Transformers Regeneration designs are actually would be toy boxart renderings so i had to reflect what the would be toy look like, if these were made NOW by Hasbro.

might not work so well in real life as their designs are based around style first then logic second

Waspinator was so cool that he became a character in Transformers Animated. Bumblebee's rival Wasp, who he was manipulated by Black Arachnia AKA Elita-1 and ended up becoming Waspinator. Both characters are a nod to Beast Wars, specifically Tarantula and Waspinator.
Speaking of Mazinger Z, if you look at my Sentinel Prime's head design, overall vibe and stance, it kinda evokes old school super robot and that was part of the plan. If people say that he reminds them of Mazinger Z then good because that means it works and i've done my job. Him being the Autobot logo wasn't the only objective that i've had for my Sentinel Prime design. I want Sentinel to have that old school classic feel if he were made into a toy and existed back in the day.
