I turned him into a Comanche chopper. He looks less bulky and muscular than his classic form and more lean and agile. Hope you like this one. Thanks. In my Transformers Regeneration universe, he's Kup's rival and Vanquish Prime's Starscream. Basically, he's as old as Kup that's why he kinda looks like that, a baldie. lol
So the Decepticons of the Pre Cybertronian wars era would be Vanquish Prime (The Fallen), Dead Aim and Stingel while Sentinel Prime's team would be him, Kup and Torque, another one of my OC's:Β

Oh this. I felt that the Comanche helicopter gives Springer some teeth and fits his personality well. And yes, i decided to discard the triple changer concept since most fans like him more as a copter and i think Blitzwing and Astrotrain are the most well known TF triple changers so let's leave it at that.

I understand. Well Greatshot's basically an Autobot version of Sixshot only seen in the Transformers: Headmaster series in Japan that was made not too long after its G1 predecessor. In fact, it's got the exact same animation, and besides some errors (Prowl is somehow alive) it's the same continuity.

I've read what you posted on another deviant's DA account andΒ there's nothing wrong with your idea. I just said it needs refinement and fineΒ tuning. All great ideas start from crap. Did you know that George Lucas Starwars lead character Luke Skywalker was first written as Luke Starkiller? See how a little change/tweak goes a long way?
Sorry if i kinda deflated your enthusiasm but i'm far more kind and generous than most people. And remember that when you pitch your ideas and concepts to publishers and filmmakers or companies, expect the brutal truth and rejections. Be that as it may, take whatever they have said and focus on the points that they pointed out where your idea needs improvement and keep at it. It's not going to be easy. Just like when you apply for your first day job, it will take hard work and lots of rejections before you eventually make it.Β
Don't give up and keep at it. Even if my points may have been brutal, they weren't. I did you a favor by pointing out flaws on your concept that you have to work on. Doesn't mean that it's crap and that you should just give up.Β
If George Lucas gave up when someone said that Luke Starkiller is kinda lame for a lead character, we wouldn't be able to see his Star Wars universe and he probably would still be a struggling filmmaker instead of being the head of his own conglomerate.Β

Thank you... and don't worry, my enthusiasm was deflated long ago. I've been hopeless for a long time, friend. I know that I'm gonna face brutal truth and rejection. I already face it with my parents and some of my other relatives. They won't listen to any of my ideas because I'm a geek and just about all my concepts are stupid to them. That's why it's hard for me to be rejected. And even though I have a friend on the inside at Hasbro (he's on the development team for Transformers nowadays) , it doesn't mean anyone else will accept me there. Do you know how many ideas have rotted inside my head because of my phobia? And since I have Asperger's Syndrome, a lot of people probably just think my ideas are the nonsensical ramblings of an Autistic kid. I appreciate you trying to give me hope, Fred, but... if you really knew me, you'd know how hard it is for me to believe in myself. Still, thanks anyway. I'll try my best to work on it.

I did and that's why my Springer version ended up looking like that. I was partly inspired by the generation deluxe version that you've just mentioned. I'm glad that you liked my Springer version. Thanks!

I just got that inspiration from his Universe incarnation so i took some cues and created my version that looks like it came from the old animation series only modernized and tweaked to make it contemporary.
