I always do a great deal of research for my webcomic issues; not just reading, but videos and documentaries as well. For this one, I'd watched through vlogs from library assistants to get a sense of the lifestyle for that sort of low-maintenance high-social function position.

I did also make sure to go out to a library check a book out with the assistant, and spend a while perusing through the shelves to get a feel for the space. Any excess of information in a space will make very exited to pick through all of it, and libraries are the oldest form of that experience.
