Description

So, in the last week, I've been kind of prolific in drawing concept sketches for my webcomic. Many of those drawings either 1: touch on sensitive topics, 2: are potentially distasteful for whatever reason, or 3: are simply in an embarrassing, unrefined stage. Here's a concept sheet I feel fully confident in sharing, they being Giger-esque mechanical structures which will, in my webcomic setting, grow organically like plants or coral.

I had the idea that the pneuma reserves which I'd described in the Erotic Citadel series, from being an improbability-altering substance in constant contact with human minds, eventually developed an intelligence, or at least the memory of human intelligence, thereby generating structures and organisms, not from human intention, but from puissant unconscious drives. The Shallow and Deep Unconscious made manifest in real space by an omniscient being with no notion of what falsehood is.

And yes, this simplification of random noise to vague images using prompts and the Mass Unconscious as a guide is remarkably similar to how Stable Diffusion works. Lately I've become completely fixated with the ways in which an AI will paint, and so I've been deliberately emulating AI painting in my style and methods.
