Description I thought this daisy-like flower was quite dramatic against the swirling clouds in the sky

oh what an amazing capture! That's a really interesting perspective. I love all the details and how the light is shinning through the petals. You can see all the tiny fibers on the stem and the veins on the petals too! Quite impressive. I have to say that this is a very interesting choice of angles, gives the feeling of a perspective from an ant or something very cool indeed. Two little things though, i think the border is a little distracting, it compliments the picture very well, but it's a bit too heavy and dark, i'd personally lighten it up some. And i'd also size this down a bit, makes it very hard to take in the entire picture when you have to scroll a lot.. unfortunately that's the downside of digital and online art.. the screens are never big enough for the art. But anyways those are just suggestions, and i really do think this is very beautiful work

THanks very much for your wonderful comments. Yeah, not sure about borders. I started off not adding any and then had a few comments about borders being nice - so i added borders. then i guess i got a bit carried away with using colours in the picture to match the borders. Looking through at all the work people do, i am not sure whether i prefer borders or not. Sometimes i think they help to finish off a picture - sometimes i think a picture is better off without the border.

thanks again

Thats amazing. What a stunning shot. ( Are we talking small daisy in the grass or larger daisy in a flower bed....I want your talent, and your camera )

Nah, not talking small daisy - I'm too big to get beneath them! Need a fairy for that one! It's a larger daisy variety in my flower bed - now I and the camera can get beneath that - well me not literally!

The veining showed up quite well, was quite pleased with the colour. But then again I am into blues, pinks and purples! LOL
