Hey guys!! Like I said awhile back, I made another reference guide; but this time for Cloud Melody!

Some of you may notice that her cutie mark has been changed to just some clouds with music notes around them, which was her original design before I joined dA. I decided it was too confusing for the pencil AND the music notes to be there, so I've altered her story and talent to match the new cutie mark.

Anyway, let's get on with this!

Name: Cloud Melody

Nickname: Cloudy, Cloud, Melody, or Melly

Species: Pegasus

Gender: Mare

Age: 18

Lives: Cloudsdale

Occupation: She is currently starring in a musical for the Windwhisp Theater in Cloudsdale.

Talent: Singing, mostly for musicals

Best Friends: Spectrum Splatter and Flitter Heart

Likes: Musicals, drawing (though not seriously, pink, reading, movies, carrots, bubblegum, flying, Sapphire Shores

Dislikes: Blueberries, winter, stuck-up ponies

Personality: Social, Creative, Dramatic, Competitive, not easily offended

Backstory:

Cloud Melody grew up in Cloudsdale with her parents and older sister. Ever since she was a filly, she was very dramatic and loved to sing with her beautiful voice. At age seven, her parents decided to take her to an audition at the local Community Theater. The directors were very impressed with her talents, but couldn't give her the lead because of her age. However, the older filly that did get the lead got very sick three days before the show, and the directors had to find a new filly to replace her. Cloud volunteered, and performed in the filly's place. At the end of the show, before the curtains closed, her cutie mark appeared on her flank: two clouds with music notes floating around them.

After discovering her talent at such a young age, Cloud Melody began to perform in every production she could get her hooves on, including a Canterlot musical where she met one of her best friends, a slightly older set painter named Spectrum Splatter.

Cloud attended the Cloudsdale Flight Academy with her other best friend, Flitter Heart, until the age of twelve, when her parents took her out of the Academy to attend a performing arts boarding school in Manehatten. There, she polished her acting and singing skills until she was seventeen, when she graduated and moved back to Cloudsdale with her parents.

She dreams of starring in Broadhoof productions in Manehatten, and is currently trying to find an apartment there to move to.
