Very well thought out. It's like Leo knows that the step to the surface is forbidden, but it being forbidden only makes it more appealing. Then the step becomes longing, making it lighter, and seem like the only important thing around - a mystery, with curiosity taking over...

The feeling I get from this is the exact same feeling I...felt when writing something. My person was able to go to the surface whenever she wanted and felt really bad about it. Because, really, how often do the TMNT go out in daylight? NEVER. Never, I tell you! Unless like...their in the country or whatever.
I love how everything's dark but then there's little itty bitty leo looking up where he's not allowed to go. Like how normal people look at the stars. Sure, we can go. But I don't particularly feel like accidentally dying in a mishap in space.
