I was watching and was seeing all them nice turtles. I wanted too try and make me own, so here is Marie-Jeanne.I wanted too make her look older, but I don't really think it worked out so well... Oughtta try again, eh.
Anyhoo, I'll put in her origin story later; but some facts about her:
Born in 1920, [She is a turtle, and most of them can live too be about 100 years old, so I imagen how the ooze would have change the mutation so the turtles would be able too live a very very veeery long time.] At a young age she was captured, for experiments, wich resulted in her getting her shell ripped of her body, weakened her, but she survided, barely, and got on with life [she still keeps her shell, as a reminder of what she has lost.]
It sound VERY cheesy, but it's getting very late, soo... thats my excuse.
She is not a serious character, but I enjoyed drawing her and making her background story. And I'm not really sure about her name either... so if there are any suggestions. then don't hold them back

No she's not, but she does take on the role as the mother for the boys, after she meets them.

*nerdy moment* Actually, box tortoises may live to be 120, give or take, but we don't really know how long sea turtles or Galapagos tortoises live. :3 All we know is it's a farkin' long time.

That said... neat character. I'm generally not fond of fan characters these days, but that's mostly due to the high amount of Mary Sues out there. This one's pretty cool... I like how you draw them, too... giving them beaks for a more 'realistic' look (well, as realistic as humanoid turtles can be, anyway).
