this pokemon is strong and fast. they glide through the oceans waters. they're often found floating at the surface of the ocean, where they sun bathe. they can fly and are often seen breaching the water's surface to glide through the sky. their bodies are very flexible, they can crumple their bodies to a small ball for protection or stretch is wide to accommodate trainers who need a ride.
it is psychic/water type
no evolution
