Another quickie. Some times you just have to drop everything and draw what comes to mind. From Zelda II: The Adventure of Link

I love classic Link. The design is classic Japanese animation.

It does look a bit like one. Maybe I was channeling Toad when I updated his look

I just watched this episode of the AVGN yesterday. Creepy.
Great piece. Definitely should be on a t-shirt.

I Google image searched it today, and it seems that the original sprite is on a number of t-shirts.

That part of the game I found pretty funny. Nice recreation of it.
Link's all like "Hey, I got an item!" and the kid's all, "I'm not an item! I'm an NPC!"
I like Zelda 2, even though like Zelda 1 it took me forever as a kid to beat.

I didn't beat either until I was in my 20s, Zelda 2 just over a year ago. A Link to the Past was my proper start with the series.
This bit is hilarious though. It makes it seem Link has a psychological problem, compelled to lift all things above his head. He does it with Marin in Link's Awakening too XD

I didn't beat Zelda 1 & 2 until I was a teenager. (And I had them both sense I was little.) I beat Zelda 2 first. Zelda 1 took me longer 'cause I couldn't find labyrinths #5 & #7 for a long time. (I did find #9 surprisingly during a wall-bombing spree, but of course, you can't go into it, until you get the other pieces of the Triforce.)
I love Link to the Past, and Link's Awakening to. Though, I didn't own those 'till later.
