Awakening Stage:

Stage 1 : Frost has no body modifications at all at her First Awakening. Her skin is cold to the touch though, not warm like others. She also has an ability known as Frostbite

Abilities & Spells:
Frostbite : A numbing frost to form on one creature that you can see within range. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 1d6 cold damage, and it has disadvantage on the next weapon attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.

Memory:
The familiar sensation of the cold can be felt as the crunching sound of crisp snow can be heard beneath your feet. In the distance, there's a small wooden cabin with someone hanging from the door frame. " The hot chocolate is ready!!" the familiar voice echoed through the snow and trees from where you stood. You happily shout with glee as your small feet ran towards the cabin ; Crunch crunch the snow echoed beenethe the snow.


History:

Frost was an aspiring figure skater since she was but a child. There wasn't any other time of day where she prefered being on the ice, dancing to her hearts content ; she loved to entertain the people who stand by on the side of the ice with her neat tricks and moves. Everything came crashing down when one year she went on the ice when it was still too thin and hurt her knee badly while performing a trick. She had fallen through the ice and luckly was dragged out by bystanders that saw her going on the ice. Once out she was told she wouldn't be able to skate anymore because she tore her knee very badly and it doesn't have the same amount of strength anymore

Frost's mental heatl suffered alot from being bed ridden for so long, how she longed to be able to dance on the ice again like she used to. A goodnight's sleep would help her escape this godforsaken bed for a while?



Miscellaneous:
Frost is like a walking portable AC, her skin cool to the touch. Would probable look like she's steaming when it's supper hot outside if she were any colder.
Frost likes the feeling of being warm, she would wear more than one layer on even during the summer when it's hot.
Frost likes warm drinks, no matter the weather

Tree climbing is fun even at this age.

Would accidentally trigger her ability if you scared her.
