Description
Wanted to color something really quickly before getting back to studying for finals, so took a drawing that I had scrapped earlier of "The Merchant" from Resident Evil 4 and quickly cell-shaded it.EDIT: Updated image, re-did shading to reflect the dude's actual colors more closely.

I used a custom Photoshop brush with a little bit of opacity... if you type "photoshop smoke brush" in Google you should be able to find one to install fairly easily.

I love the shading and coloring here. Definitely reflects the Merchant's color here. Very good work here.

No, I've never seen that before. It's AWESOME, thanks a bunch for showing that to me! It seems like a hack or mod for the PC version... but the buttons seem to indicate PS2. I'm so confused~

It's a RE4 PC mod the person did. I recognize the graphics as the PC's version. I think maybe button icons were kept the same as the PS2's.

All I could tell is that it wasn't the GC/Wii edition, since the graphics were a bit different from when I played it on the GC. I'm really looking forward to the Wii edition though, RE4 was refreshing enough as it is and being able to aim with the remote and blow up Los Plagas... brilliant!

I know I was sold on it when they included Separate Ways on the Wii edition (yeah, I got RE4 when it first came out on the gamecube).
When I get a Wii sometime in the future, RE4 will be among the many games I want on the Wii.

I've played RE4 on the PS2 since one of my friends got it for his system. I personally prefer the GC version despite the lack of 'Separate Ways' mostly because I can't stand the PS2 controller. I'm probably going to buy RE4 again for the Wii if I ever get a chance to buy one though.
GC graphics + PS2 extras = AWESOMENESS. Plus the ability to slash Ganados in the face with a Wiimote is just too much to pass up.

When it comes to moving the characters by an analogue stick, I prefer the Gamecube's controller. It just has a more natural feel to it. However, as for moving the characters by the directional buttons, I find that the Playstation's controller does it better. It's really just the placement on it.
Overall, I'm more inclined for the gamecube controller since I like the more natural feel (it doesn't feel ackward). I made sure it wasn't just the newer REs(RE0 and Remake). I tried playing RE3 on the gamecube and I controlled the character with just as much ease as the other two games.

It's personal taste, but the PS2's analog stick is too low for me, and a bit too lose. I like the big A button on the GC, as well as the thick shoulder buttons as well. Pity, since the PS2 does have some awesomes games that I will never play because I can't stand the controlller...

Yeah, it is personal preference. 
It depends on what games for me. Sometimes the controllers feel ackward or natural depending on the game and console it's on.

Yeah, he is pretty creepy what with being able to come back to life after being shot, and being in multiple places at the same time... colors a bit bright though.
