"I heard it's your birthday and you know what that means, we're gonna have a big PARTY with all your friends and there's gonna music and streamers and balloons and punch and dancing and ..." [insert random Pinkie Pie rambling here]Man, Pinkie Pie is too damn cute. I regret nothing. I was pleasantly surprised at how this turned out, but finding a category for it took a while.
My favorite frame is the third one, which incidentally is also the preview image. I can't stop giggling like an idiot. I can almost hear the bouncing sound. All of the animations in the newest Desktop Ponies release only reinforce my belief that Pinkie is the cutest and most adorable of the bunch.

Uhm, probably. There's already a scene in the show you could use as a reference. I don't know which episode, but it's pretty much the same. You'd have to recolor it anyway so you might as well use that scene as source. I can't stop you, though. If you want to do it, go ahead.

Thanx... It's just that I recently learned how to make gifs and want to get some practice. And i thought this would be a fun way to learn. ^^

What I did to get a little more familiar with making gifs was to take scenes from the show and put text over them. Not that complicated but it took its time figuring out the timing of everything. Also keeping file sizes small is almost an art with gifs.

That's some good animation. I could never get traditional animation to look that smooth. That is, without hours and hours of endless work. Plus, I would get bored. I admire your skill and concentration!

Yes, that's what I planned, but that might take forever, especially because I totally suck at vectoring^^.
Maybe I'll just stop if it takes so long that it's no fun for me anymore, or I'll search for an easier way to make it, maybe by simply coloring the already existing frames, we'll see.
But I wont be able to do it within the next week, got 3 exams and an important presentation until Wednesday and in addition to that my other computer crashed and I need to repair it somehow, although I don't understand to much of that. Well, just saying I'm pretty much booked out for the next week^^.

Well, I've got a big folder full of pony pictures to use as reference for proportions and poses. Even for this here I used a scene in one episode, so I didn't do it all from memory. But thanks anyway.
