"I heard it's your birthday and you know what that means, we're gonna have a big PARTY with all your friends and there's gonna music and streamers and balloons and punch and dancing and ..." [insert random Pinkie Pie rambling here]Man, Pinkie Pie is too damn cute. I regret nothing. I was pleasantly surprised at how this turned out, but finding a category for it took a while.
My favorite frame is the third one, which incidentally is also the preview image. I can't stop giggling like an idiot. I can almost hear the bouncing sound. All of the animations in the newest Desktop Ponies release only reinforce my belief that Pinkie is the cutest and most adorable of the bunch.

I think that number refers to the frames per second. The frames in this gif have .035 seconds delay between each of them, so it would be around 28 fps. 23 if you only count 18 images. And it does look surprisingly smooth, doesn't it?

I really like the smooth motion, but the slight flicker in the shading on her mane and tail just keeps making me think "Taaaake ooooooon meeeee...."
