OMG! A Dalek Emperor witth weapons that can defend itself in case of emergencies like Daleks being given emotions and rampaging throughout the city. When instead of calling its guards it could actually destroy them itself!
I love Daleks and the Dalek Emperors are always a treat, but it always annoyed me that the Emperors never had weapons (the big-headed one doesn't count as it's a. not canon and b. a standard Dalek weapon, I'm talking about weapons of its own to some degree). Why? An Emperor is the head exterminator, why doesn't he have any methods of exterminating?
So I praise you for designing one that can EX-TER-MIN-ATE!

I can't take credit as it was just a quick mock up to see how it went, I actually seen an emperor design with a weapon before so decided to make one my way.

i like it. it's a nice take on the Emperor Dalek in a classic way.
