What an incredibly precious, darling, adorable Arcanine! The fact that its rolling is destroying landscapes does not change the cuteness.

Haha! Yah the commissioner asked me to add the water ripples after I finished the card.
The commissioner doesn't like destruction so the Arcanine is in a safe spot, probably on some roads at worst. ^^
