You know it looks more like an arab or a egyptian person like, if you would add some desert background it would look totaly like "Arabian Nights"

Great shot and I love the shadows on his face! The texture does add a little something here.

I like the composition and pose but I would like to see more of his eye..

His eyes weren't important in this shot to me. It was more about his body language and the emotion that portrays. If that makes sens?

It adds imperfections if that's the look your going for - so I'd say you were successful.
Have you thought about changing the tone of the photograph - you know - adjusting the colours to give a different feel? (I don't know if "feel" is the right word)

I had it with a more blue tone at first, went to red, yellow... and then settled on the green tinge you see now. It fit the feel of the image best, I thought.
