So when I started testosterone, i started on T-gel, because if I can avoid needles I would like to avoid needles. However, T-gel is fucking expensive and I decided it wasn’t worth avoiding needles. Now injection doesn’t hurt, like, at all. but I still get squeamish, and to avoid fucking up when I’m self injecting, I play loud angry music so my anxiety just kinda dips. I dont need the music anymore ( i only needed it like twice ) but I would play Rip and Tear from the Doom soundtrack
